Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, it can be returned but not cancelled.

On receiving an order cancellation request, we will refund your order amount within 7 business days from the day of return package collection, depending upon your mode of payment.

Refunds shall only be generated for Prepaid/NEFT orders.

Cancellation Criteria

  • Incorrect or incomplete information regarding the order address
  • Incorrect product specification mentioned on MacHanas.com
  • If the area falls under "non-serviceable zone" or "out of delivery area", as specified by our logistics courier partner
  • In case of suspected fraudulent information or activity
  • If a product runs "out of stock" and replenishment is uncertain, the order may be cancelled

Returns

MacHanas is happy to serve customers and fulfill their requirements. If you receive any product which fulfills the following criteria, you are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery:

  • New Product is found to be Used/Altered/Defective.
  • Physical/in-transit damage to the product.
  • Branded product received with seal opened.
  • Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.
  • Significant difference found in the product compared to the website description.

Return Conditions

If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, it must be reported to us via the platform within 48 hours of delivery. Images of the damaged product along with packaging pictures must be attached while raising the return request.

Product is Not Eligible for Return/Exchange If

  • The original packaging has been removed by the customer
  • Product has been used by the customer
  • Product is damaged by the customer
  • Customer places the order by mistake or no longer needs the product after delivery
  • Custom-built products cannot be returned
  • Non-fitment or incompatibility with customer’s machines

Return Eligibility

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, the return request must be created within 48 hours of delivery via the platform.
  • The products must be unused.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and the original manufacturer's box/packaging, as delivered to you.
  • The invoice must be available.
  • Products marked as "not-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Note: MacHanas is keen to help our customers if they fail to understand the working of the product. Customers can contact the MacHanas customer care team either through RepairHub, Email, or Phone.

Returning a Product

As per the availability of our logistics partner, we will schedule a courier partner to pick up the product from your location within 2-3 business days after the return is approved.

Once the product is sent, the customer needs to share the valid courier slip (if applicable) along with the following bank details:

  • Account number
  • Account holder's name (Same as registered with MacHanas.com)
  • IFSC Code

Upon receiving the product, our team will conduct a thorough quality check, which usually takes up to 2 days. If any discrepancies are found, we will re-ship the product to the customer. In such a case, the customer will bear the courier charges for re-shipment.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned
  • Products sold as a combo cannot be returned individually
  • The team may ask for an unboxing video in certain cases

Refunds

Once the refund is approved, it will take 2-8 business days for you to receive the order amount, based on your mode of payment:

  • For Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2-7 business days
  • If the transaction was done via NEFT or Cheque, the customer must share the following details:
    • Account Holder's name
    • Account number
    • IFSC Code
  • After receiving the required information for a refund, the refund will be processed in 2 business days, and the same will reflect in your account in another 5-7 business days
  • For EMI payments, the refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation
